RULES

Multiple Divisions (1, 2, 3 & 4)

All levels are welcome.

Please note players & teams will be placed in divisions based on your World Padel Ranking (Red Padel) and Playtomic Rankings.

Individual scheduling requests will not be able to be accommodated.

Any change of partner requests once draws have been made must be done at least 48 hours before scheduled first round match and new/replacement partner’s must be within the skills range for the team to qualify for the same division.

Registration closes five (5) days before the tournament starts – usually Tuesday at 5pm ET. 

Schedule will be posted on T10 Padel website and/or emailed to players on or before the Wednesday at 7pm ET leading to the tournament for that weekend.

No Refunds after Wednesday at 12 noon ET leading to the weekend Tournament.

Scoring System:

Scoring System – First to 2 sets (if tied 1-1); then the tie breaker is first team to 10 points.

Tie Breaker: 2 Way Tie – review Head-to-Head; if 3 Way Tie – review sets +/-, then games +/-, then Head-to-Head if 2 teams are still tied.

Self-score keeping, no referees, but Tournament coordinator on site.

Two (2) Matches guaranteed across four (4) Divisions during the Round Robin; Top 4 teams in each division moves to playoffs on Sunday.

 

No player substitution if anyone on the team is injured during any of the games – games defaulted (6-0, 6-0).

Players are required to have their Padel straps on at all times (avoid injury & accidents)

 

All Did Not Finish (DNF) and Walk Over (WO) are final and result in a full withdrawal of the tournament

 

Any players who have not checked in 15 minutes after their Match designed start time, will be penalized as follows: 15 mins = 1 game lost; 20 mins = 2 games lost; 25 mins = 3 games lost; 30 min = 1 Set Lost; 45 min = Walk Over

 

T-10 Padel Club has the right to assign team(s) to various divisions based on skill level and openings.

TOURNAMENT POINT SYSTEM

  •  Based on your results from the First Tournament in November, and all of the following tournaments this winter; you will earn points towards the Final Cash Prize in each division, which will be ranked after the final tournament on March 28 and March 29, 2026.
  •  Division Winners from each Tournament will accumulate the most points and carry those points over from tournament to tournament from November 2024 to March 2026.
  •  The Top 2 Players in each division (1, 2, 3 & 4) will be presented with cash prize (e-transfer) in addition to their club credits that they might have earned along the way from each tournament winnings. The cash prize for each division per player is as follows:
  •   Division 1 - $1300 per player (2 players)
  •   Division 2 - $650 per player (2 players)
  •   Division 3 - $300 per player (2 players)
  •   Division 4 - $150 per player (2 players)
  •  Team Prizes for each Tournament are as follows:
  •   Division 1 - First place team - each Player receives $300 in T-10 Padel Club Gift cards

    Division 2 - First place team - each Player receives $200 in T-10 Padel Club Gift cards
  •   Division 3 - First place team - each Player receives $100 in T-10 Padel Club Gift cards
  •   Division 4 - First place team - each player receives $50 in T10 Padel Club Gift cards

** T-10 Padel Club - Gift Cards - can be redeemed for court rental, private lesson and/or pro shop items. Gift cards expire on October 31, 2026.

-All players earn points by participating in any winter tournament, the more tournaments you enter and win or finalist - the better chance you have of earning the cash prize at the end of the last tournament in March 2026.
